Going beyond standard real estate shots, we infused creativity into our photography, capturing the essence of the space and attracting potential renters. Acqualina Estates approached us to create promotional social media content for their upcoming ultra-luxury residential development in Sunny Islands Beach. The client wanted to generate curiosity and increase awareness of their latest project.

Project Scope

We were tasked with capturing the “top off” ceremony, which marks the completion of the final floor of a building, for the PR release. Additionally, the client requested lifestyle personal branding content with their sales team and some social media promotional teasers to update viewers on the construction progress. To ensure we captured all necessary footage, our team visited the location multiple times.

Success Metrics

The production was a resounding success, with our content being featured in magazines and all over social media, generating global awareness. The client was highly satisfied with the quality of the content and the attention it brought to their project.
